8.5kg lost in 16 weeks during the lead up to his holidays

Steven has been training with our coach and co-owner Alex. Here are Alex’s words on Stevens journey:

So this is Steven’s 16 week physique transformation before his holidays. We are both very happy with the results, and the pictures speak for themselves.

No magic pill, just hard work following a structured, periodised training and nutrition program.

A total loss of 8.5 kg (18.7lbs) going from 68.5kg down to 60kg in 16 weeks. An important point to note is that we took our time. 16 weeks gave us plenty of time to chip away at body fat nice a slowly without jeopardising any muscle tissue at an average loss of around 1.1lbs per week.

As you can see from the graph his body fat dropped consistently over the 16 weeks from 14.5% to 9.9% using skin calliper readings.

A fantastic effort and great to see a clients physique develop over the months. Now it will be back to the drawing board to put on some good quality muscle tissue when he returns for holiday.
