Pro Health Physio is the creation of SJ Lee & Darren Finnegan, through a fascination with movement, health and fitness.

The aim of this physio clinic is to be the stand alone – Premier Performance institute for athletes & the people of the North East. If you move, you are an athlete in our eyes.

SJ was Darren’s mentor during his undergrad Physio degree, whilst working at Blaydon RFC before SJ moved onto Newcastle Falcons RFC. Darren subsequently went on to work within the NHS, private practice & with Great Britain Basketball.

Several years later, SJ & Darren reconnected through their curiosity in human movement & athletic performance- this developed & has culminated in the launch of Pro Health Physio!

Pro Health Physio mission is to accelerate recovery, empower physical performance & optimise well being.
