Sean lost 10kg over 16 weeks!

So this is Sean, our online client from across the water in Ireland.

He is a 16 year old high level junior 18 rower for Portora Boat Club. He came to us for help with shifting some weight after his coach advised he lost 10kg if he wanted to make it to the top junior boat in the club.

The two pictures are 5 months apart from December 2015 to April 2016. He has lost 9.5kg from 91kg to 81.5kg in 4 months since starting his diet in January.
It is vital when programming nutritional interventions for athletes that the route taken must not impede sporting performance. We applied the main dietary principles we use with all our clients to improve body composition along with allowing greater consideration to performance outcomes and recovery.

He is now competing in the junior 18 Irish championships in July. A true testament to what you can achieve with some consistency, motivation and adherence.
