Over the last 5 months I (Matthew) have worked on this mission with Sarah to bring down body fat and get her back to a figure that she is comfortable in – so far we have reduced body weight by over a massive 10KG!

Although Sarah has the know-how on programming her own training and nutrition, being accountable to someone else and not needing to second guess your approach will always pay dividends in your ability to remain consistent and desire to succeed.
