Jude goes from ‘skinny fat’ to muscular in 24 weeks with an incredible Pioneer Performance Transformation.

Jude is 25 year old graphic designer who always struggled with the ‘how to’ aspect of training and nutrition. Jude knew that he wanted to gain muscle tissue and reduce his body fat percentage but not having the right tools, or knowledge was very much holding him back. 

Although Jude didn’t feel like he had the exact tools he needed, he’d still be training consistently at a commercial gym for 16 months before contacting us at Pioneer Performance.

To get over this hurdle Jude wanted to have someone guide him through the muscle gain, fat loss process and keep him motivated and accountable along the way.
