Climbing the professional career ladder can take it’s toll for any 20 something who is looking to break the mold. However, Aimee has done just that, leading a team of staff whilst also cutting down by 23 lbs.
Having a demanding career at such a young age has it’s stressors. Aimee found herself using food as a source of release after busy days at the office, but she knew that she needed to change, so that she could not only be more confident but also to help her step into the role as a director.

Working with Pioneer Performance coach Alex, Aimee’s path was laid out, covering the things she needed to do on a daily/weekly basis which would take her towards the changes she had been longing for. Although she was not new to training, she had fallen into trap of just exercising. Having no path of clear progression is a place many gym goes find themselves.
Simply turning up is not enough. Turning up and putting on a performance is what is required.
With Alex she was able to set clear goals with a clear path as to what was needed to take her to achieve them.

Going from spending most of her working day grabbing “quick fix” foods and takeaways, to planning and preparing 5-6 days worth of healthy meals, has allowed Aimee master calorie control which has helped her achieve such impressive transformation results.
