When Scott joined Pioneer Performance, he was 21 but felt far older than his years. His training had no structure, his diet revolved around convenience foods, and despite going to the gym, nothing changed. He didn’t recognise himself in photos anymore.

The gradual weight gain and loss of shape had crept up without him realising, until one day it became impossible to ignore.

“My body didn’t look or feel like a 21-year-old’s should. I’d see photos and realise how far it had gone. I just didn’t look like myself anymore.”
