What’s the difference between Pioneer Performance and a “regular” gym?

This is something we get asked all the time so here’s the answer…

1. We train with intent. We don’t use treadmills, cross trainers or bikes. Long slow duration exercise is something that can be done in your time not during the paying time you spend with us.

2. Intensity without intimidation. We are not a big box commercial gym where your identity is lost in a crowd. We are a completely private commercially equipped training facility. Everyone who trains here does so with us in small groups and/or on a 1-2-1 basis. There are no large groups of people loitering around to make you feel uncomfortable.

3. We are all about you. Inside and outside the gym we are here to help you work hard towards your goals. We don’t sell BS. All we ask for is your best effort. If we aren’t the right people to help you achieve what you’re looking for we will happily refer you to someone who can help.
