As far back as Kane could remember he'd always been on the smaller side in comparison to the rest of his siblings.
Growing up, this never bothered him, but as he graduated and made the first steps in his professional career, he recognised that being bigger, stronger & having more self confidence could wonders for him.
Although Kane made some attempts to gain weight on his own, being committed to his role as a doctor always came first. This meant that his personal goals had to take a back seat.

On more demanding workdays, Kane could do a lighter session, while on better days, he pushed harder. This flexibility allowed him to stay consistent—and build 20lbs of muscle!

Kane knew recovery was important, but never made it a priority. We helped him focus on quality sleep and built-in recovery time around his workouts and shifts.
