What if I’ve tried gyms, classes or PT before and it didn’t work?

Most people we work with have tried multiple approaches before. The difference here is structure and progression. Instead of random workouts, we build a clear plan that gets results, because everything you do has purpose and builds over time.

Do I need to be fit or confident before starting?

Not at all. Most people start feeling unsure or out of their depth. Our role is to guide you through everything step by step, so you always know what you’re doing and feel comfortable from day one.

Can I use the Pioneer Performance Gym outside of my one-to-one training sessions?

Yes.

Our Personal Training Packages include a membership option which is only available to our one-to-one coaching clients. This means that you can have access to our private facililty (even when are aren't there).

That's right, no more busy commercial gyms with broken equipment.

By using our private facility you can actually use the equipment that you intended to and perform your session to the fullest without interruption! We also have a secure digital entry system with remote monitoring to make sure our environment is as safe as possible.

Can I gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?
