What made you join Pioneer Performance?
I became aware that I was experiencing weight gain, increasing stress levels and sleepless nights 18 months ago resulting in physical symptoms. I knew it was time to act. The literature pointed towards introducing exercise into my lifestyle but I had no experience of being in a gym and had been unsuccessful following diet plans in the past. How happy are you with your progress?
It has been great to see my progress week on week I feel both mentally and physically stronger and better able to cope with the challenges of everyday life. Some days the gym is the last place you want to be but Matthew has kept me motivated positive and on the other right track to achieve my goals. I am currently over 20 kg lighter and 2 dress sizes smaller.
