What made you join pioneer?
I wanted to get fit and lean and saw the results of 2 friends who’d been training at pioneer. I thought yes I want to join there!
How happy are you with your progress?
Sooo happy with my progress on so many levels! Im feeling great, stronger, learning new things about exercise and food, don’t feel like I’m on a diet and I’m down to a size 12 from 14/16!! James’s slow and progressive approach has given me the time to learn and adapt which makes it easier to maintain and become a part of my everyday routine. I’m excited to see what more we can do!
What do you like the most about the training at Pioneer?
I feel uncomfortable and self-conscious in large gym settings. But at pioneer, everyone is very supportive and encouraging and a great gym to train in. The team are all really switched on and will go that extra mile for their clients.
What would you say to anyone who is considering joining Pioneer?
100% do it!
